Quality Guarantee

The Honest Food Partnership offers a guarantee of quality for any product that it supplies.

Please be aware, however, that organic produce is, by its very nature, not always as pretty as non-organic produce bought from your local supermarket and may come complete with dirt, marks and blemishes. These things are cosmetic only and do not, in any way, affect the quality of the produce. Please bear this in mind when deciding if an item is not of an acceptable quality.

Should you receive any item you feel is of unacceptable quality please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will arrange to urgently collect the offending article and will either re-supply or credit the item, as you choose.

Payment

All orders must be paid for in full before an order is deemed confirmed and a delivery day is agreed.

Changes to your order

Whilst we will always try our very best to respond to any changes to your order please give us at least 2 full working days notice, before your planned delivery day.

If you want to make a change with less notice please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you have a change to a Standing Order, please call your bank to cancel it and then contact us to arrange alternative payment.

Cancellations

We hope you will never want to cancel your regular order but if you do decide to please give us at least 3 full working days notice, before your usual delivery day. If you need to make a cancellation with less notice please do give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you but we do reserve the right to make a charge for any cancellation made without appropriate notice.

Delivery

We reserve the right to decline orders from anywhere on grounds of economic viability or risks to our drivers health or safety. In these circumstances we will advise of the exact reason why we have made this decision.

Complaints

Should you have a complaint please do contact us either by phone or by e-mailing us here.

We aim to provide the best quality and the best service possible and if we make a mistake, we want to know about it so we can ensure we don't do it again!
