Pasta con i Funghi - Pasta with Mushrooms

500g spaghetti
2 tbsps olive oil
2 cloves garlic - finely chopped.
300g mushrooms - finely sliced.
1 tbsp lemon juice

 

  • Salt and black pepper to taste.

 

 

  • Heat the oil and add the garlic, mushrooms and season to taste.
  • Cover the pan and leave to cook over a low haet, for 5 minutes then remove and keep war.
  • Cook the pasta. Add the lemon juice to the sauce and mix with pasta.
  • Serve immediately!
